Hello Carmen, I give you the recipe for the lemon sorbet with cava that I make. Ingredients: 500 gr. lemon ice cream, 300 gr. of cava and 500 gr. ice. All the ingredients are placed in the glass and crushed for 30 seconds, speed 5-7-9. and it is checked that there are no large pieces of ice left, but it is crushed a little more.

Method Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 9. Add zest and juice of lemon, egg white, and ice cubes blend 20 sec/speed 10. Add mango blend 1 min/speed 10. Serve straight away, or place in freezer.
